The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Union Banking
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays, with proposed AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Section 14, line 6, after the word "otherwise," insert : Strike out the whole of section 16, Strike out in section 17, the number "17," and insert "16."
