Section 14, line 6, after the word "otherwise," insert :
"And the books, papers and accounts of said corporation,
shall be open to the inspection of its stockholders upon appli-
cation to the Board of Directors, as may be provided for in
the by-laws of said Company," and strike out the balance
of said section 14.

Strike out the whole of section 16,

Strike out in section 17, the number "17," and insert "16."
