The House then proceeded to the consideration of the bill
entitled an Act to repeal chapter 287, of the Acts of January
session, 1870, entitled an Act to repeal section 810, of Arti-
cle 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, chapter 367, passed
at January session, 1867, and to re-enact the same with an
amendment,

Which had failed to pass for want of a constitutional ma-
jority.
