The proposed amendment was adopted, and the bill, as
amended, read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to prevent the carrying of guns,
pistols, dirks, dirk-knives, razors, billies., or bludgeons, by
any person in Kent or Queen Anne's counties, on the days of
election in said counties,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to add sub-sections to Article 2,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel
County," sub-title "Annapolis," to provide a Board of
Police Commissioners for Annapolis City,

Was read a second time.

The question then recurring upon the engrossment of the
bill,

Mr. Leonard moved that the further consideration thereof
be postponed, and said bill referred to the Committee on the
Judiciary.

Which was decided in the negative.

Said bill was then ordered to be engrossed for a third
reading.

The bill entitled ail Act to add certain sub-sections to Ar-
ticle 19, of the Code of PublicLocal Laws, entitled "Somerset
County," under sub-title "Licences," and to repeal section
138 of said Article, entitled "Somerset County," under sub-
title "Retailers,"
