titled an Act to repeal section 3, of Article 40, of the Code of
Public General Laws, entitled "Fines and Forfeitures," and
to re-enact the same with amendments.

The further consideration thereof was postponed, and said
bill recommitted to the Committee on the Judiciary.

The bill entitled an Act for the relief of Washington Col-
lege, and to appropriate money for the same, and provide
for the education and board of one scholar from each county
of Eastern Shore of Maryland,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
