General Assembly of Maryland, passed January Session, 1864,
relating to Merideth's Ford and Jarrettsville Turnpike Com-
pany, in Baltimore and Harford counties."

peal all laws in Worcester county, entitled 'Fencing,' and
re-enact the same with amendments."

The Senate bill entitled "An Act to refund to Jacob T. Man-
gus, of Washington county, the sum of forty dollars paid by him
into the Treasury on or about the 22d day of July, in the
year 1871,"

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled "An Act to prevent Swine from run-
ning at large in Quantico, Wicomico county,"

The Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 2 of
chapter 362, of the Acts of 1870, so far as the same provides
that no extra assessment shall be made, and no extra or spe-
cial tax shall be levied of collected on any bridge or bridges
over a navigable stream forming any part of the roadway of
any railroad or railroads in this State, and to re-enact the
same as amended."
