Frederick, passed February the 24th, 1841, chapter 125.

The Senate bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act
of November session, 1812, chapter 151, entitled an Act for
founding an University in the city or precincts of Baltimore
by the name of the University of Maryland, and to authorize
the Eegents of the University of Maryland to dispose of a
portion of the property held by the said University, for the
use of its Faculty of Physic, and to apply the proceeds towards
the erection of a hospital for the use of said Faculty and
the School of Medicines, under its direction.

The Senate hill entitled an Act to amend the charter of the
Annapolis Savings Institution, of Annapolis city, a corpora-
tion incorporated under the General Incorporation Act of
3868, chapter 471, and to add to the powers thereby con-
ferred.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend an Act passed
January session, 1868, chapter 307, entitled an Act for in-
corporating the Western Maryland College.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to enlarge and extend the
powers of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of the City
of Baltimore.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments, section 3, of an Act passed at January session,
1870, chapter 304, entitled an Act to repeal section 1 and
2, of an Act passed at January session, 1868, chapter 266,
entitled a supplement to the Act passed January session,1864,
chapter 116, entitled an Act to incorporate the Wicomico
and Pocomoke Rail Road Company, with amendments, pass-
ed at December session,1847, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
