The bill entitled an Act to repeal Article 71, of the Code-
of Public General Laws, title " Oysters," as amended by
chapter 364, of the Acts passed in 1870, and chapter 167, of
the Acts of 1872, and to enact the following, to be Arti-
cle 71 of the Code of Public General Laws, title " Oysters."

Said bill being upon a second reading.

The question recurring upon the amendment submitted
by Mr. Clark on yesterday, to insert the words " five hun-
dred," after the word "dollars," in line 2, section 35,
