Act to incorporate the Baltimore and Liberty Turnpike Com-
pany, in Carroll county, passed January session, 1866, and
as amended by the Act of 1868, chapter 151, changing the
name of said corporation to that of the Baltimore, Carroll
and Liberty Turnpike Road Company, of Carroll and Freder-
ick counties, and to repeal sections 2 and 3, of the Act of 1870,
chapter 232, and to re-enact the said sections 2 and 3 with
amendments.
