The Senate bill entitled an Act granting the assent of the
General Assembly to a bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Amelia Matthews, colored, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, to the Rev. Mr. Miller, Priest in charge of
St. Francis Xavier Colored Roman Catholic Church, in Cal-
vert street, near Pleasant street, in the City of Baltimore, or
to his successor, for the use and benefit of said church.

Senate bill entitled an Act to declare the sanction of the
General Assembly of Maryland to the bequest of John H.
Yingling, late of the city of Westminster, deceased, to the
Trustees of the Methodist Protestant Church of the city of

Act to incorporate the Borden Mining Company, passed at
