310, of Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
"Frederick County," and re-enact the same with an amend-
ment, and to substitute in lieu of the said Act the following.

The bill entitled an Act, to repeal section 1 of an Act
passed at the January session, 1872, chapter 131, entitled an
Act for the better protection of oysters, clams, terrapins and
fish, in the Susquehanna Bay and its tributaries, in Worces-
ter county, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed at
January session, 1872, chapter 67, entitled an Act to pre-
vent swine from running at large in the streets, lanes and
alleys contiguous to Burketttsville, in Frederick county,
and re-enact the same with amendments.

The bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the
County Commissioners of Washington county to subscribe to
the capital stock of Turnpike Companies in said county.

The bill entitled an Act to empower the Board of Trustees
of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Cumberland to sell
and convey a certain lot of ground in said city.
