BY THE SENATE,

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We herewith return Senate bill entitled an Act to amend
the Act of 1853, chapter 441, entitled "An A ct to continue
the corporate existence of the several Banking Institutions
therein mentioned, which had but two readings in the Sen-
ate before it was sent over to your Honorable Body, the second
reading being had thereof on January 29th, 1874, and en-
dorsed on bill through error, as "read a third time and pass-
ed by yeas and nays."

The Senate has given the bill a third reading this day, and
passed the same by yeas and nays.

We respectfully ask your Honorable Body to pass the said
bill again.
