corporate the town of Lutherville, in Baltimore county, the
second being an Act passed by the General Assembly of
Maryland, at the January session, 1868, chapter 244, and
entitled a supplement to an Act to repeal section 3 of the
Act entitled an Act to incorporate the town of Lutherville, in
Baltimore county, passed at the January session, 1868, and
to re-enact the same with amendments, and to add new sec-
tions.

change or Market in Baltimore City.

The bill entitled an Act to approve an Act passed at Jan-
uary session, 1872, chapter 242, entitled an Act to authorize
the County Commissioners of Calvert county to subscribe to
the capital stock of the Baltimore and Drum Point Rail Road
Company, as provided by section 54, of Article 3, of the Con-
stitution,
Reported the same with proposed amendment.
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall rot take
effect until the Act authorizing the County Commissioners of
Anne Arundel county to subscribe the sum of two hundred
thousand dollars to the capital stock of said Baltimore and
Drum Point Rail Road, passed at January session, 1872,
chapter 254, be ratified finally and confirmed, and upon the
going into effect of said Act for Anne Arundel county, this
Act shall take effect and not before.
The amendment was adopted, and the bill, as amended,
read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third
reading.
