tled an Act to repeal Article 71, of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, title "Oysters," as amended and re-enacted by
chapter 364, of the Acts passed at January session, 1870, and
also chapter 167, of the Acts passed at the January session,
1872.

Section 2, line 10, strike out the words "one mile," and
insert "one and a-half miles."
