The House bill entitled "An Act to confirm the devise and
bequest of Benjamin Parsons, late of Wicomico county, de-
ceased, to the Vestry of Spring Hill Parish, for certain uses
and purposes therein named,"

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as

Rebecca Zimmerman, late of Frederick county, deceased, to
the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Frederick, and to lega-
lize the same."
