On motion of Mr. Brace,

Leave was granted to the Allegany delegation to intro-
duce a bill to repeal sections 1 and 2, of Article 1, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Allegany County,"
sub-title "Almshouse."

Mr. Buchanan, Chairman of the Committee on Ways and
Means, reported without amendment,

The Senate Joint Resolutions directing the Comptroller to
place to the credit of Insurance Companies incorporated by
the State of Pennsylvania, and doing business in this State,
such amounts as may have been paid by them for license
since May 1st, 1873.
