No. 27. An Act to appropriate a sum of money to pay
Joseph Spurrier, late Collector of State Taxes in Carroll
county, the amount over-paid by him into the Treasury.

No. 28. An Act to confirm the devise and bequest of
Benjamin Parsons, late of Wicomico county, deceased, to the
Vestry of Spring Hill Parish, for certain uses and purposes
therein named.

No. 29. An Act to repeal an Act passed January session,
1872, chapter 44, entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed Jan-
uary session, 1870, chapter 11, to repeal section 204, of Article
21, of the Code of Public Local Laws for Washington county,
relating to Justices of the Peace and Constables in said county,
and to re-enact the said Act of 1872, chapter 44, with amend-
ments, and an additional provision in regard to Registers of
Voters in said county.

No. 39, An Act to repeal section 872, of Article 4, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore," relat-
ing to the limits of direct taxation within said city, and to
re-enact the same with amendments.

No. 45. An Act to repeal section 36, of Article 10, of the
Public General Laws, entitled "Attachments," and to re-
enact the same with an amendment, increasing the amount
of exemption in said section mentioned.

No. 46. An Act to repeal all laws in Worcester county,
entitled "Fencing," and re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

No. 47. An Act to repeal sections 105 and 106, of Article
3, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Baltimore
County," sub-title "Fences," and sections 195,196 and 197.
of Article 3, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Balti-
more County," sub-title "Trespass."

No. 48. An Act to authorize Eldridge W. Gallop, Wil-
liam F. Pannell, A. C. Marine, and others, to build a
bridge over Church Creek, in Harford county.

No. 49. An Act to give additional Justice of the Peace
to the sixth election district of Dorchester county.

No. 50. An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments,
section 5, of chapter 173, of the Acts of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, passed at the January session of 1864. en-
titled an Act to incorporate the Merideth's Ford and Jarretts-
ville Turnpike Company, in Baltimore and Harford coun-
ties.

No. 51. An Act to incorporate Washington Grove Camp-
Meeting Association of the District of Columbia and Mary-
