Camalier, late Clerk of St. Mary's county, for fees due him by
the State of Maryland.

Also,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Chesapeake Bay,
and its Tributaries to introduce a bill, to be entitled an Act to
add additional sections to Article 41, of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Fish and Fisheries," sub-title "Patux-
ent," to come in after Bection 23 of said Article, and to be
numbered sections 23 a, 23 b, &c.

Mr. Stewart, of Baltimore City, Chairman of the Commit-
tee on the Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal Article 71, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Oysters," as amended by chap-
ter 364, of the Acts passed in 1870, and chapter 169, of the
Acts of 1872, and to enact the following, to be Article 71 of
the Code of Public General Laws, title ''Oysters."

Which was read a first time, and,

On motion of Mr. Kemp,
One thousand copies ordered to be printed.

Mr. Freaner moved that the vote by which one thousand
copies of said bill was ordered to be printed, be recon-
sidered.

Decided in the negative.

On motion of Mr. Stewart, of Baltimore City,

Said bill was then made the order of the day for Thurs-
day next, the 5th day of March.

Mr. Bond, from the Committee on the Chesapeake Bay and
its Tributaries, reported favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to add additional sections to Article
41, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Fish and
Fisheries," sub-title "Patuxent."

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Bond moved that said bill be read a second time this
day, under the provisions of the Constitution, Article 3, sec-
tioa 27.
