The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the sixth section
of the Act of 1858, chapter 410, entitled an Act to incorpo-
rate the Mineral Hill Mining Company of Maryland, by
dispensing with the making and publication of the annual
statement therein provided for, and by providing that state-
ments of the affairs of the said Company shall be made as
provided for in the 66th section of the Act of Assembly of
1868, chapter 471,

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:

chapter 441, entitled an Act to continue the corporate exis-
tence of the several Banking Institutions therein mentioned,
repealing the fifth and ninth sections thereof, and re-enact-
ing the said sections with amendments,
