Mr. T. H. Hamilton, Chairman of a Select Committee,
reported unfavorably,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 619, of
Article 4, of the Public Local Laws of the City of Baltimore,
sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Constables," and repeal
the Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, of 1868, chapter
177, relating to Justices of the Peace and Constables in the
City of Baltimore, and to repeal all laws relating to the
City of Baltimore, in conflict with this section, and to re-
enact section 610, of Article 4, aforesaid, in lieu of said sec-
tion and laws.

The unfavorable report was adopted.

Mr. Koons, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to add additional sections to the Act
of 1870, chapter 98, entitled an Act to repeal the Act of in-
corporation of Mechanicstown, Fredrick county, Maryland,
and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Robey, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to regulate fences on adjoining
lands of persons in Prince George's county.

Which was read a first time.

Also,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 182, of Article 16,
of the Public Local Laws, relating to Prince George's
county, entitled "Weights and Measures," and to re-enact
the said section so as to read as follows.

Which was read a first time.

On motion of Mr. Seth, (the rules being suspended,)

The House proceeded to the consideration of the bill enti-
tled an Act to repeal section 82, of Article 20, of the Pub-
lic Local Laws, relating to Talbot county, sub-title "Elec-
tions," and section 93, of said Article, sub-title "Justices of
the Peace and .Constables," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

Said bill being upon a third reading,

Said bill was then read a third time, and passed by yeas
and nays, as follows :
