WEDNESDAY, February 4th, 1874.
The Senate met.
Prayer by Rev. Mr. Harper.
Present at roll call :

Messrs. President, Blake, Brewer, Billingsley, Crawford,
Claggett, Davis, Denson, Earle, Fields, Getty, Knight,
Longwell, Lloyd, Mudd, McCulloh, Stevens, Steiner,
Spencer, Suit, Tuck, Walsh—22.

The proceedings of yesterday were read and approved.

The President laid before the Senate, the abstract pf ac-
counts of the Baltimore and Harford, and of the Baltimore and
Havre de Grace Turnpike Companies.

To the Honorable

The President of the Senate of Maryland,

Sir:—In compliance with their charters, I have the honor
to enclose abstracts of the accounts of the Baltimore and Har-
ford and the Baltimore and Havre de Grace Turnpike Com-
panies.
