Constitution, I have the honor herewith to submit to you.
true copies of the accounts rendered to and settled with the
Comptroller of the Treasury, from the 1st day of January,
1874, to the 10th day of February, 1874.

Mr. Mackey presented the petition of Stephen Ford, Wil-
liam S. Evans and others, praying the amendment of Article
98, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Wild
Fowl," by adding additional sections thereto.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on the
Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.

Mr. Leonard presented the petition of Eleanor Owens, of
Wicomico county, to be placed on the pension rolls.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Pen-
sions.

Mr. Matthews presented the petition of Benjamin Zimmer-
man and fifteen other citizens of the 1st, 2d and 3d districts
of Baltimore county, asking the passage of a Dog Law.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Agri-
culture.

Mr. Kemp presented the petition of Walter K. Whyte and
forty-seven other citizens of Queen Anne's county, asking
the passage of an Act authorizing the opening of Kent Nar-
rows.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on the
Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.

Mr. Matthews presented the petition of George F. Lomis,
Enos Humphreys and sixteen other citizens of the first, sec-
ond and third districts of Baltimore county, asking the pas-
sage of a law prohibiting stock from running at large.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Agri-
culture.
