enact the same with amendments, and to amend and re-enact
the same.

The bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act entitled
au Act to incorporate the Worcester Bail Road Company,
passed at January session, 1853, with amendments enacted
the 18th of March, 1867, and to repeal any part of said Act
