The Senate hill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act
passed at January session, 1867, chapter 247, entitled an Act
to establish and incorporate an Asylum for the Deaf and
Dumb of the State of Maryland ; and also an Act passed at
January session, 1868, chapter 409, entitled an Act to amend
an additional section to the Act of 1867, chapter 247 ; also
an Act passed at January session, 1870, chapter 422, entitled
an Act supplementary to the Act passed at the January ses-
sion, 1867, chapter 247, entitled an Act to establish an Asy-
lum for the Deaf and Dumb of the State of Maryland and its
supplements.

Said bill being upon a third reading,
