rate the Mineral Hill Mining Company of Maryland, by dis-
pensing with the making and publication of the annual state-
ment therein provided for, and by providing that Statements
of the affairs of the said Company shall be made as provided
for in the sixty-sixth section of the Act of Assembly of 1868,
chapter 471,

Tucker and Andrew K. Syester for legal services rendered in
the United States Court, in defence of certain Officers of Reg-
istration, indicted and prosecuted therein, for an alleged vio-

rights of citizens of the United States to vote in the several
States of the Union, and other purposes,"
