Thomas W. Morse, received for the term of six years, 1
vote.

Whereupon, it appearing that W. H. B. Fusselbaugh,
had received a majority of all the votes cast, for the term of
six years,

That Harry Gilmor had received a majority of all the
votes cast, for the term of four years, and

That John Milroy had received a majority of all the votes
cast, for the term of two years.

The Speaker declared W. H. B. Fusselbaugh, duly elected
to the office of Police Commissioner of the city of Baltimore,
for the term of six years from the expiration of the term for
which the present Board was elected.

Harry Gilmor duly elected to the office of Police Commis-
sioner for the city of Baltimore, for the term of four years from
the expiration "of the term for which the present Board was
elected.

John Milroy duly elected to the office of Police Commission-
er of the city of Baltimore, for the term of two years from the
expiration of the term for which the present Board was elected.

The Chairman then announced that the Joint Meeting
had finished the business for which it had assembled.

Whereupon,

Op motion by Mr. Blake,

The Joint Meeting adjourned.

The Senators having returned to the Senate Chamber,

On motion by Mr. Billingsley, it was

Ordered, That it be entered upon the Journal that had the
Senator from St. Mary's, been present when the vote was
taken upon the bill entitled an Act to repeal, amend and re-
enact section 29 of chapter 36, of the Acts of 1872, regulating
the inspection of Tobacco, he would have voted in the affirma-
tive.

On motion by Mr. Stevens, it was
Ordered, That Mr. J. B. Owens, one of the present em-
