Mr. Freaner moved that all further proceedings under the
call be dispensed with.

The motion prevailed.

Mr. Fenton, (the rules being suspended,)

Moved that the vote on the bill entitled an Act to repeal
section 36, of Article 10, of the Public General Laws, entitled
"Attachments," and to re-enaet the same with an amend-
ment, increasing the amount of the exception in said section
mentioned, by which said bill failed to rec'eive a constitu-
tional majority, be reconsidered,

Mr. Seth moved to lay the motion to reconsider on the ta-
ble.

Mr. Seth demanded the yeas and nays.

The demand being sustained,
