McCulloh, Walsh and Lloyd.

Also,

The House bill entitled "An Act to alter 'and amend the
charter of the Hampshire and Baltimore Coal Company, in-
corporated by an Act entitled 'An Act to recognize the Hamp-
shire and Baltimore Coal Companies, a corporation created by
and existing under the Laws of the State of West Virginia,
as, a corporation in the State of Maryland, and to authorize it
to exercise the powers and privileges of a corporation within
the State of Maryland, for mining and other purposes, passed
at January Session, 1864, chapter 295, by repealing the
second section thereof, and amending the same, and re-enact-
ing it as amended."

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Corpo-
rations.

Also,

The House bill entitled "An Act to prohibit the granting
of License for the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors or
lager beer, at or near the ground of the Wesley Grove Camp
Meetitig Association in Howard county."

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Finance.

Also,

The House bill entitled "An Act to repeal an Act passed
January Session, 1872, chapter 67, entitled "An Act to pre-
veat Swine from running at large in the streets, lanes and
alleys contiguous to Burkettsville, in Frederick county, and
to re-enact the same with, amendments."

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs. Stei-
ner, Suit and Brattan.

Mt, Walsh called up,

The Senate bill entitled "An Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article XII. of the Code of Public Local Laws of Har-
ford county;. in regard to Horses and Carriages kept at livery
in Harford county."

Which was read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays as follows :
