Said bill, as amended, was then read the second time and
ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 619 of
Article IV. of the Public Local Laws of the city of Balti-
more, sub-title Justices of the Peace and Constables in the
city of, Baltimore,' and to re-enact certain sections,"
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a

third reading.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and deliv-
ered

The House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Far-
mers' Manufacturing Company of New Market."

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.

Also,

The House bill entitled "An Act to prevent trespassing
with gun or dog in Dorchester county, and to prescribe pen-
alties therefor."

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs,
Phelps, Claggett and Fields.

Also,

The House bill entitled "An Act for the protection of Black
Bass and all other fish in the Patapsco River above tide-
water."

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs. Car-
roll, Lloyd and Walsh.

Also,

The House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 2 of
chapter 303 of the Laws of 1872, entitled 'An Act for the
better protection of birds and rabbits in Frederick and Anne
Arundel counties, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ment."

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs. Stei-
ner, Carroll and Tuck.

Also,

The House bill entitled "An Act for the relief of Wm. H.
Moore of Allegany county."
