The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 1 of

an Act passed January session, 1872, chapter 320, entitled
an Act tor the protection of black bass and all other fish in
the Monocacy River and its tributaries, within the limits of
Frederick county, and to re-enact said section 1 with amend-
ments.

Which was read a second time.

Mr. Leonard, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported fa-
vorably,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to prevent stock from
running at large in Quantico, Wicomico county.

Which was read a second time.

Also, favorably,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 1 and
2 of an Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed
at January session, 1872, chapter 2, entitled an Act regu-
lating fences in Wicomico county, and to re-enact the same
with amendments.

Which was read a second time.

Mr. Seth, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

A bill, entitled an Act to suppress intemperance, and to
permit the voters of each ward of the City of Baltimore and
of each county in the State of Maryland, to vote every three
years on the question of granting licenses to sell intoxicating
liquors.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Ways and Means.

Also, reported favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 82, of Article 20,

of Public Local Laws relating to Talbot county, sub-title
"Elections," and section 93 of said Article, sub-title "Jus-
tices of the Peace and Constables," and to re-enact the same
with amendments.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Coulbourn, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to add new sections to Article
19 of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to Somerset
county.
