A bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed at the Janu-
ary session, 1872, chapter 320, entitled an Act for the better
protection of black bass and other fish in the Monocacy River
and its tributaries, within the limits' of Frederick county,

Endorsed, "Reported unfavorably from the Select Commit-
tee, and report adopted."

Also,

A bill entitled an Act to add a section to Article 14, Code

of Public General Laws, to be section 10 of said Article,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following bills,

Severally endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays:"

A bill entitled an Act to refund to Daniel F. Stouffer, of
Washington county, the sum of forty dollars, paid by him
into the Treasury, on or about the 13th day of June, 1871.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Claims.

Also,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with amend-
ments, section 3 of an Act passed at January session, 1870,
chapter 304, entitled an Act to repeal sections 1 and 2 of an
Act passed at January session, 1868, chapter 266, entitled a
supplement to the Act passed January session, 1864, chap-
ter 116. entitled an Act to incorporate the Wicomico and Po-
comoke Railroad Company, with amendments, passed at De-
cember session, 1847) and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

Also,

A bill entitled an Act to refund to Jacob T. Maugans, of
Washington county, the sum of forty dollars, paid by him
into the Treasury, on or about the 22nd day of July, 1871.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Claims.
