On motion of Mr. Grafton,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Claims to intro-
duce a bill to pay P. H. Rutledge & Co., of Harford county,
for publishing list of defaulters.

On motion of Mr. Brace,

Leave was granted to the Allegany delegation to intro-
duce a bill to repeal section 94, of Article 1, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, entitled "Allegany County," sub-title
"Justices of the Peace and Constables," and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

Also,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill to repeal section 46, of Article 28, of the
Code of Public General Laws, entitled "County Commis-
sioners," sub-title "Private Roads," and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

On motion of Mr. Berry,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
intrcduce a bill to repeal the Act passed at January session,
1872, chapter 260, entitled an Act to repeal section 28, (but
erroneously styled seciion 38 in said Act,) of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Prince George's County," sub-title
"Bladensburg," and to amend and re-enact the same.

On motion of Mr. Hawkins,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill to repeal section 6, of Article 69, of the Code
of Public General Laws, entitled "Officers," and to re-enact
the same with amendments.

On motion of Mr. Duer,

Leave was granted to the Somerset delegation to introduce
a bill to protect partridges in Somerset county.

On motion of Mr. Riley,

Leave was granted to the Harford delegation to introduce
a bill to repeal an Act of January session, 1872, chapter
117, and re-enact the same with amendments.

On motion of Mr. McCosker,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Claims to intro-
duce a bill to authorize the Comptroller to settle the claims
of William A. Folley, of Baltimore City.

On motion of Mr. Vanderford,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill to repeal section 12, of Article 64, of the
Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Mortgage," and to
re-enact the same with amendments.
