No. 12. An Act granting the assent of the General Assembly
of Maryland to a legacy granted to Trinity Protestant Episco-
pal Church, in the City of Baltimore, by John H. Hugg,
late of said city, deceased.
No. 13. An Act to vest certain property therein mentioned,
in the Westminster Presbyterian Church, in Kent county.
No. 14. An Act giving the sanction of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland to a legacy of one hundred dollars, bequeathed
by the last will and testament of Susan Benson, deceased, late
of Worcester county, to the Trustees of the Methodist Epis-
copal Church, at Stockton, Worcester county.
No. 15. An Act supplementary to an Act to incorporate the
Hannah Moore Academy, of Baltimore county, passed at De-
cember session, 1839, chapter 179.
No. 16. An Act supplementary to an Act passed by the
General Assembly of Maryland, at the January session, 1868,
chapter 455, (to confer certain powers upon a corporation
therein named,) to render effectual the said powers by the cor-
rection of an error which occurred in said Act, and also to ex-
tend the time for the payment of the capital stock of said Com-
pany, of the title as corrected by this Act,
No. 17. An Act to repeal sections 323 and 324 of Article 11,
of the Code of Public Local Laws for Frederick county, and
to re-enact the same with amendments.
No. 18. An Act to authorize the County Commissioners of
Carroll county, in their discretion, to pay annually a sum of
money, not to exceed three hundred dollars, to defray the ex-
penses of Georgianna Young, a lunatic, during the time of
her lunacy.
No. 19. An Act to confirm and approve an Act passed at
January session, 1872, chapter 16, entitled an Act to author-
ize and empower the County Commissioners for Carroll
county to subscribe to the capital stock of Turnpike Compa-
nies in Carroll county.
No. 20. An Act to authorize and empower the Agricultural
and Mechanical Society of Allegany county and West Virginia
and Pennsylvania, to issue coupon bonds to the amount of
twenty thousand dollars, and to secure the payment thereof
by executing a deed of trust on all its property.
No. 21. An Act to authorize the Board of School Commis-
sioners of Cecil county to satisfy a judgment against the
Trustees of the Elkton Academy, in Cecil county.
No, 22. An Act to enable Thomas H. Hodges to erect a
gate on the public road, in Anne Arundel county.
