Being upon a third reading,

The question recurring upon the amendment proposed by
the Committee on Corporations, viz : 1st section, end of 17th
line, add : Provided, the provisions of this Act do not apply
to similar Associations in Montgomery, Allegany and Kent
counties.

The amendment was then adopted.
