Mr. Keech presented the petition of James W. Owings and
six hundred and ninety other citizens of Baltimore county,
praying for a Local Option and Damage Law in Baltimore
county.

Which was read and referred to the Select Committee on
Temperance.

Mr. Brace presented the petition of Geo. A. Pearre and
eight hundred and sixteen other citizens of Allegany county,
for a Local Option and Civil Damage Law.

Which was read and referred to the Select Committee on
Temperance.

Mr. Brace presented a similar petition of Nettie Steiner
and two hundred and fifty-two other ladies of Allegany
county, for a Local Option and Civil Damage Law.

Which was read and referred to the Select Committee on
Temperance.

Mr. Keech presented the petition of John P. Dean and
four hundred and seventeen other citizens of Baltimore
county, asking the passage of a Local Option Law in Balti-
more county, and for damages to be paid families of persons
injured by liquor sold to them.

Which was read and referred to the Select Committee on
Temperance.

Mr. Greenfield presented the petition of one thousand
three hundred and sixty-one ladies, praying for the passage of
a Local Option and Damage Law.

Which was read and referred to the Select Committee on
Temperance.

Mr. Keech presented the petition of Wm. H. Ensor and
seven hundred and forty-five ladies of Baltimore county,
praying for Local Option and Damage Law in Baltimore
county.

Which was read and referred to the Select Committee on
Temperance.

Mr. Miller presented the petition of J. A. Miller and
twenty-six other citizens of Sandy Hook District, Washing-
ton county, praying the passage of an Act submitting to the
voters of the several counties and wards of the City of Bal-
timore, whether or not intoxicating liquors shall be sold in
said counties and wards.

Which was read and referred to the Select Committee on
Temperance.
