Mr. Pruitt, from a Select Committee, to whom had been
referred,

The bill entitled an Act to repeal all laws in Worcester
county, entitled "Fencing," and to re-enact the same with
amendments,

Reported the same without amendment.

Mr. Miller, from a Select Committee, reported without
amendment,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to confirm and approve an
Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at Jan-
uary session, 1872, chapter 93, entitled an Act to authorize
the County Commissioners for Frederick county to subscribe
to the capital stock of the Liberty, Johnsville and Pipe
Creek, the Liberty and New Windsor, the Frederick and
Buckeystown, and such other Turnpike Road Companies
whose roads have been constructed since the year 1868, or are
now in process of construction.

Which was read a second time.

The bill entitled an Act to alter and amend the charter or
certificate of incorporation of the Carroll County Savings
Bank of Uniontown, a corporation organized under the pro-
visions of the General Laws of the State of Maryland,
authorizing the formation of corporations,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 169, of the Act
of 1872, entitled an Act for the better protection of par-
tridges in Queen Anne's county, and also to add an addi-
tional section to Article 98 of the Code,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to provide for the redivision of
Allegany county into election districts,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to prevent trespassing with gun
or dog in Dorchester county, and to prescribe penalties
therefor,
