A bill entitled an Act to provide for the re-division of Alle-
gany county into election districts.

The bill entitled an Act to prevent trespassing with gun
or dog in Dorchester county, and to prescribe penalties there-
for,

Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to give an additional Justice of
the Peace to the Sixth Election District of Dorchester county,

Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with amend-
ments section 5, of chapter 173, of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January session of
1864, entitled an Act to incorporate the Merideth's Ford
and Jarrettsville Turnpike Company, in Baltimore and Har-
ford counties,

Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to authorize Eldridge W. Gallop,
William F. Pannell, A. C. Marine and others, to build a
bridge over Church Creek, in Harford county,

Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Mechanicstown
Town-Hall Company, in the town of Mechanicstown, Frede-
rick county,

Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to prevent the catching of fish,
by means of weirs, or pounds, in the waters of Kent and
Quenn Anne's counties,

Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
