On motion of Mr. Gill,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to in-
troduce a bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Calvert
Bank of Baltimore City.

On motion of Mr. Etchison,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Claims to report
a bill to refund to Benton Tolson, of Prince George's county,
the sum of sixteen dollars and seven cents, for State taxes
improperly paid for the years 1866, 1867, 1868. 1869 and
1870.

On motion of Mr. Fowler,

Leave was granted to the Baltimore county delegation to
introduce a bill to repeal an Act passed January session, 1872,
chapter 371, title "County Commissioners," and to re enact
the same with amendments.

On motion of Mr. McColgan,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal section 10, of Ar-
ticle 3K of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Fees
of Officers," and re-enact the same with amendments.

On motion of Mr.'Keecb,

Leave was granted to the Baltimore county delegation to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 105, 106
and 107, of Article 3 of the Public Local Laws, title "Bal-
timore County," sub-title "Fences."

On motion of Mr. Keech,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Claims to intro-
duce a bill entitled an Act to refund Thomas E. Ensor, late
tax-collector of Baltimore county, certain State taxes alleged
to have been erroneously paid by him to the Treasurer.

On motion of Mr. Duer,

Leave was granted to the Somerset delegation to empower
the County Commissioners of Somerset county to levy an
amount to pay George W. Parsons, Hillary R. Pitts and D.
Stewart Hessey, the balance due them for services rendered
in surveying the harbor of Crisfield.

On motion of Mr. Lee,

Leave was granted to the Harford delegation to introduce
a hill authorizing the County Comissioners of Harford county
to subscribe to the capital stock of a Rail Road passing
through said county.

Mr. Keech presented the Annual Report of the Board of
