Assembly of Maryland to the devise and bequest of Henry
Butler, to the Trustees of the African Methodist Episcopal
Church of the City of Baltimore,

The bill entitled an Act giving the sanction of the General
Assembly of Maryland to a legacy of one hundred dollars,
bequeathed by the last will and testament of Susan Benson,
deceased, late of Worcester county, to the Trustees of the
Methodist Episcopal Church of Stockton, Worcester county.

Was read a second time and ordered to bo engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the
Agricultural and Mechanical Society of Allegany county
and West Virginia and Pennsylvania, to issue coupon bonds
to the amount of twenty thousand dollars, and to secure the.
payment thereof by executing a deed of trust on all its
property,
