Gentlemen of the House of Delegates;

We have received your message inviting this Body to con-
vene with the House of Delegates in Joint Assembly, at 12
o'clock, Meridian, to-morrow, January 21st 1874, in accord-
ance with the Act of Congress approved July 25th, 1866,
entitled 'an Act to regulate the times and manner of holding
elections for Senators in Congress, and concur therein.
