General Laws, title "Wild Fowl," and to repeal chapter 56,
of the Acts of 1872, and to re-enact Article 98, of the Code
of Public General Laws, with amendments.

On motion of Mr. Lee,

Leave was granted to the Harford county delegation to
introduce a bill for the redivision of the elections districts of
Harford county.

On motion of Mr, Stake,

The House proceeded to the consideration of the order
adopted on yesterday in reference to fitting up a coat-room
for the use of the House.

Pending which,

On motion of Mr. Stake, the vote by which the order
was adopted, was reconsidered.

The question then recurring upon the adoption of the
order,

It was rejected.

Mr. Freaner (the rules being suspended) submitted the
following order :

Ordered, That the Committee on a Coat-Room be instructed
to inquire whether it be practicable to make some arrange-
ment by which the coats and hats of members can be de-
posited or hung within the bar of the House, as well as the
expense of the same.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Groome, Chairman of the Committee on the Judiciary,
reported favorably a bill entitled an Act granting the assent
of the General Assembly of Maryland to a legacy granted to
Trinity Protestant Episcopal Church, in the City of Balti-
more, by John H. Hugg, late of said city, deceased

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Lamar, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably a bill entitled an Act to repeal section three hun-
dred and twenty-three, and three hundred and twenty-four, of
Article eleven of the Code of Public Local Laws for Freder-
ick county, and to te-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. West, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported favor-
ably a bill entitled an Act authorizing and directing the
State Librarian to furnish from the State Library, for the use
of the Circuit Court for Garrett county, a full set of decisions
