Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize the transfer of
certain Land Records and extracts from deeds from the office
of the Clerk of the Court of Appeals to the office of the Com-
missioner of the Land Office, to repeal section 40 of Article
XVIII. of the Code of Public General Laws, and to repeal
section 55 of the same Article, and to enact a substitute there-
for,"

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:
