Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 1 of an Act
passed January Session, 1872, chapter 320, entitled an Act
for the protection of Black Bass and all other fish in Mono-
cacy river and its tributaries within the limits of Frederick
county, and to re-enact said section 1 with amendments,"

Liberty and New Windsor, the Frederick and Buckeystown
and other Turnpike Road Companies whose roads have been
constructed since the year 1868, or are now in process of con-
struction,"
