district in Somerset county.
Senate bill entitled "An Act to amend the Act of the
General Assembly of 1872, chapter 196, entitled an Act to
authorize the Comptroller of the Treasury to adjust and settle
the accounts due by Collectors, Sheriffs, Clerks, Registers
and other receivers of public moneys in cases where the in-
debtedness accrued prior to and including the year 1869, by
repealing Section 1 of said Act and re-enacting the same with
amendments,"

Senate bill entitled "An Act to amend the Act of 1853,
chapter 441, entitled an Act to continue the corporate exist-
ence of the several Banking Institutions therein mentioned,
repealing the 5th and 9th sections thereof, and re-enacting the
said 5th and 9th sections as amended,
