Mr. Fields demanded the yeas and nays upon the engross-
ment thereof, and the Senate refused to engross said bill as

The Journal of yesterday was read.

On motion by Mr. Blake,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceedings
to introduce a bill entiled "An Act to repeal the Law of
Marriage and to re-enact the same with amendments."
