July 28.—John H. Jenkins, Officer of Registration 1st dis-
trict, vice Warren C. Brent, resigned.

Aug. 18.—Joseph J. Tacey, Officer of Registration, 1st dis-
trict, vice John H. Jenkins, declined.

Aug, 20. —W. E. W, Rowe, Justice of the Peace 7th dis-
trict, vice Oscar Wade, declined,

The Senate advised and consented to the aforegoing up-
pointments agreeably to the nominations.
