Mr. Spencer, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

The* House bill entitled "An Act to vest certain property
therein mentioned to the Westminster Presbyterian Church
in Kent county."

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Walsh, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

The House bill entitled "Act to repeal Section 25 of Article
XII. of Public Local Laws of Harford county, sub-title 'Col-
lectors,' and to re-enact the same with amendments,"

And the report was adopted.

On motion by Mr. Fields,

The Senate bill entitled "An Act suppplementary to an
Act passed at January sesion 1867, chapter 247, entitled an
Act to establish and incorporate an Asylum for the Deaf and
Dumb, and also, an Act passed at January Session 1868,
chapter 409, entitled an Act to amend and add additional
sections to the Act of 1867, chapter 247, and relating to the
Deaf and Dumb Asylum,"

Was taken up.

Mr. Fields moved to reconsider the vote, by which the
amendment submitted by him yesterday was adopted, as
follows:

Section 19, line 14, after the word "issue" insert the words
"and to sell."

Which was adopted.

Mr. Fields then withdrew his amendment.

On motion by Mr. Fields,

The vote was reconsidered by which the amendment in line
39, was adopted yesterday,

Mr. Fields (by unanimous consent) withdrew said amend-
