The Senate bill entitled an Act for the taxation of dogs, in
the State of Maryland,

With the following proposed amendments :
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

"Provided, that the tax in Talbot and Harford, counties,
shall be one dollar on either dogs and bitches."

Section 8, line 2, after the word "Dorchester," insert "Wi-
comico, Montgomery, Allegany and Worcester."

Which were concurred in, and ;

Said bill, as amended, was passed by yeas and nays as fol-
lows :

AFFIRMATIVE.

a sum of money erroneously paid by him into the Treasury,

Line 4, after the word "cents," insert "and Henry Wil-
son, the sum of twenty-seven dollars and eleven cents."

Amend the title by inserting after the name of Nathan
Haines, "and Henry Wilson."

Which were concurred in, and

Said bill, as amended, was passed by yeas and nays as fol-
