BY THE SENATE,

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :

We respectfully request the return to this Body, of the bill
entitled an Act to authorize the County Commissioners of
Prince George's county, to subscribe to the capital stock of
the Washington City and Point Lookout Rail Road Company,
and of the Southern Maryland Rail Road Company, which
were lost for want of a constitutional majority.
