Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

The Senate having declined to concur in the amendment
of your Honorable Body to House Bill, No. 224, entitled an
Act to provide for the taxation of the property of Rail Road
Companies in this State, for county and municipal purposes,
would respectfully ask the appointment of a Committee of
Conference thereon.

We have appointed on the part of the Senate Messrs. Earle
and Tuck.
