The Senate bill entitled au Act to repeal section 82 of
Article XXIX. of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"Courts," relating to awards by Juries of Inquest of Dama-
ges, and to re-enact the same with amendments, and to add
additional sections to said Article of the Code,

Being on second reading,

Mr. Tuck submitted the following amendment:

Section 82, line 7, after the word "proceedings," insert
"if they be the bona fide owners of said property."

Mr. Stevens submitted the following amendment to the
